OCS Featured as a Tech Leader in Microsoft Publication

At the beginning of the 2017-2018 school year, Microsoft reached out to Onslow County Schools wanting to feature the district in a case study on its website. OCS is the number one user of Microsoft Teams for Education in the world. Teachers and staff across the county use Microsoft Teams and Microsoft OneNote to organize and digitize their classrooms. An article on the OCS implementation was published on Microsoft.com on May 23. The article applauds OCS' use of technology, particularly Microsoft products, to enhance the learning environment and facilitate growth in the district. Also recognized are the district's 1:1 program, in which every OCS student in grades 3-12 receives a laptop device, and the district's excellent digital leadership.
