Art in the Airport: Summer
Bright colors and visions of summer fun are brightening up the walls of OAJ in the latest installment of Art in the Airport.
Students, teachers and families gathered at Albert J. Ellis Airport on Monday, May 9, 2022 to celebrate the opening of “Art in the Airport: Summer.” OCS has partnered with OAJ to showcase the talents of our visual arts students for several years now, and the latest installment features 19 beautiful works of art from the district’s middle schools.
From beach scenes to ice cream cones, the exhibit’s pieces stay true to theme and showcase some of the best parts of the summer season. Mediums varied from paint to pencil and more.
If you find yourself travelling through OAJ this summer, be sure to check out the excellent work of some of our best student artists!
