    REMINDERS: 

     

    We encourage everyone to pay all school fees online, if you have any questions about this process, please call the school 910-455-4888. If you are charged for a class, and that class is not in your school schedule, please let us know as soon as possible so we are able to correct the account. 

     

    We accept Cash and Checks at the school, but we do not carry change on campus, so please bring exact change, if possible, for your fees. Do Not leave money at the school without getting a receipt. 

     

    Checks must be payable to Southwest High School. Please write the best phone number to be reached at on the top of the check. 

     

    If fees are unpaid, they roll over to the next school year. If you are charged for fees that you already paid, please bring your receipt to the school so we can correct the account. 

     

    All School fees must be paid in order to purchase extra curriculars on campus, such as participation in Athletics, Driver’s Education, Prom Tickets, Student Parking, and to participate in Graduation, etc. Please be mindful of this throughout the year. 

     

    School Fee waivers do not carry over automatically each year. Please re-submit those each year to the School Treasurer. Just because you qualify for free or reduced lunch, does not mean you automatically have fees waived. If you have any questions, please reach out to the School Treasurer. 

     

    Southwest High School is responsible for the Charges we incur. If you are charged a fee from a previous Onslow County School, please reach out to that school for further instructions or assistance. We will always help any way that we can.
