Hello Everyone!

My name is Josh Hnatko (Nacco) but I also go by Mr. H! I am excited to be part of the Dixon team this year teaching 7th grade Social Studies. I grew up in Pennsylvania. I  enlisted in the Marine Corps from 2012-2017 where I was able to visit a lot of different countires and see many parts of the world. After completion of my service I attended UNCW in Wilmington NC for both my undergrad, in history, followed by my Masters of Arts in Teaching Secondary Social studies. I am also blessed with a wonderful family. My wife, Chandler, and my two sons, Hampton and Pierson. I am a huge football fan, Panthers and Penn State, and will be an assistant baseball coach.

I am super excited to begin this year even with all the craziness. I hope to build a community with all of my students to provide the best learning enviornment I can for them. If you have any questions please feel free to email me.
