Mrs. Francisca Gray

Mrs. Gray is Northside High School's new Career Development Coordinator. With over fifteen years experience in career development, she strives to inspire the shaping of post-secondary planning culture by offering students personalized career guidance. She believes that career guidance through career literacy and work-based learning opportunities are one of the most important pieces to a child’s education. “We are all made for a unique purpose in this life. Success does not look the same for all. I look forward to guiding students according to their uniqueness,”.

 

Mrs. Gray was raised in the Philippines where she earned her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Angeles University. Later she was awarded her Master’s in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix. Additionally, Mrs. Gray is a Certified Career Development Facilitator and Facilitating Career Development Instructor.

A long time resident of Onslow County, Mrs. Gray lives with her husband in Jacksonville. They have two adult daughters who were raised in Onslow County.
