About Title I

  • The Title I program is a federally funded educational program for elementary and secondary schools. The students served must be 4 years old on or before August 31st. Each child is administered a developmental screening assessment to determine his/her educational needs. Students who are selected for the Title I program must live in the Onslow County Schools attendance area. There may be a cost for meals.  Two home visits and two conferences are required. * Special diets will be reviewed individually.
