Hello Hunters Creek Panthers!

I am excited to be an assistant principal here at HCMS.  This is my fourth year as an assistant principal here, and I have 20 years of classroom experience prior to becoming an administrator. I graduated from ECU in May of 2018 with my Masters in School Administration and from Providence College in 1999 with my Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary and Special Education with a minor in Mathematics.  Prior to living in North Carolina, I taught middle school math and EC classes in California, Louisiana, and Connecticut.

My husband is retired from the Marine Corps and we are happy to call Jacksonville home.  We have 3 kids, Kira who is a junior at Appalachian State University, Mackenzie who is a senior in high school and Cameron who is a freshman in high school.

I am looking forward to an amazing year here at HCMS.  GO PANTHERS!!!
