Ms. Krystal Day
I am a mother of 5 beautiful girls and a Senior Chocolate Lab. I love spending time with my family, playing at the park, church, or going on a new adventure. I enjoy quilting and cake baking and decorating as well. This is my third year as a Morton Mustang. I graduated from UNCW in May of 2018. I have continued my education through ECU. Being in the EC department is my dream job and I love being at Morton Elementary.
*** VERY IMPORTANT *** On Wednesday's: You show attendance in one of 3 ways
1) texting me that morning saying your student is present 2) completing the assignments sent home 3) Showing up to a virtual class (this is very important moving forward)
Thank you all for the patience and understanding as we work through this unique situation.
For our virtual days:
There will be packets sent home in the folder to complete on this day. They are tailored to the students individual goals so should/can be completed with minimal guidance.
Ms. Day and/or Ms. Loebs will be in a class meeting starting at 10:30 a.m. until we have completed our lesson. We undertstand this time does not work for everyone. We will record the lesson and post it for your student to view as they are available. The assignment (Flipgrid) will be posted under the assignments tab for students to post their responses.
Click the 1:1 icon on the desktop. Most of the necessary apps are located here on the Student Symbaloo. Office 365 is the way to access Teams for lessons and assignments. (Icon located on the Symbaloo page)
