We are so pleased to be welcoming back our students to in-person instruction 4 days a week! I am excited to be able to see and work with them each day. We will continue to social distance to the greatest extent possible and masks are still required. We want everyone to stay as safe as possible. Wednesdays are still remote learning days until January.

Degrees and Certifications:
Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida State University Certified Elementary Educator K-6 in North Carolina and Florida
I'd love to share a few things about me:
This is my third year at Stateside and my fifth year teaching. I have two children who go to Richlands High School and I am happily married to a Marine. As a military family, we have lived in Florida, California, Virgina, Kansas, and North Carolina. I understand the needs of military families and communities and I know how resilient these communities are when it comes to change. It is an honor and privilege to be a part of helping children and families here.
In 2001, I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Child Development. Later, I attended the University of West Florida for professional education. I have been working with schools in some capacity for more than ten years - either as a teacher, a substitute, a teacher assistant, or just volunteering as a parent.
I value all the amazing adults our children work with each day, especially the parents. It is from you that our children learn their most important lessons and I am proud to be able to to help in any way I can.
