Degrees and Certifications:

Ms. Tracy Hill

Greetings Mustang Families!

My name is Tracy Hill and I am an Onslow County Native. This is my 26th year working for students and families in the Onslow County School System. I have two sons, both products of the Onslow County School System. My oldest is a recent graduate from North Carolina State University and my youngest is a member of the United States Marine Corps.

I obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in French Education from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master’s Degree in School Administration from East Carolina University. I have had the fortune of working at the elementary, middle, and high school levels as a teacher and an assistant principal. My career began teaching French at Summersill Elementary School. From there I taught French at Trexler Middle School and Southwest High School. I have served as an Assistant Principal at Jacksonville High School, Parkwood Elementary School, and most recently, Carolina Forest International Elementary School.

It is an honor to be working with the community, staff, students and families of Morton Elementary School. Please feel free to contact me at or at 910-353-0930 with any questions, ideas or feedback. My desire is to support the traditions and continue promoting the vision of Mustang P.R.I.D.E. Have it! Share it! Show it!
