NBMS Chess Club 2022-2023

The Chess Club is open to students in grades 6 - 8 that demonstrate positive behavior and an aptitude for learning chess. 

Initially, students will practice online on www.chesskids.com until January, when the club will begin meeting after school for competition with other middle schools in the County until the culminating face-to-face conference competition in late  March or early April.

2022 - 2023 CHESS SEASON SCHEDULE

*All dates are on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

*Matches will be three rounds.

*The longest a 3-round match will go is 30 minutes.

*All start times are between 3:25PM and 3:30PM.
