I've lived in Jacksonville/Swansboro almost all of my life and am an Alumni of SBHS (2003-2007) GO PIRATES!!!!

I obtained my undergraduate degree from Elizabeth City State University with a dual BA in Music Education & Music Composition as well as a Minor in Jazz Studies.

It seemed I couldn't stay away, so I moved back to Swansboro in 2014 to become the SBHS Director of the Orchestra and Guitar ensembles.

My principal instrument is the Double-Bass (both classical and jazz), but I am a multi-instrumentalist as well on most string and percussive instruments. I am also the guitarist for a death metal band called A Shelter For Holly so you can also catch me playing on stage a lot around here!
