Education:  B.A. History from Meredith College, Raleigh, NC

                 Middle Grades (6-9) NC Teaching License in Social Studies from ECU, Greenville, NC

Experience: This is my 10th year teaching 6th grade Social Studies and all have been here at New Bridge Middle School!  

About Me:  I was born in Ohio but was raised in the south.  I grew up in central NC but have lived in Onslow County for over 20 years.  My husband and I have twin boys, Will and Jacob and a daughter, Hannah.  I love to visit with my friends and family. Every summer we like to travel all over NC from the beach to the mountains.  We have a house divided during football and basketball season, half of us pull for UNC Tarheels and half pull for NC State Wolfpack!!  I love to watch movies and read books about science fiction, mysteries and historical fiction.
