Mrs. Keri Knott

I am a native of Jacksonville, Florida, but I feel that Jacksonville, NC is my home.  I have lived here a total of 23 years.  I have been married 35 years to a retired Marine. I have three wonderful children and two grandbabies. I have seven dachshunds and a small chicken farm. I enjoy spending time with my family, animals and I collect antiques. I attained my A.S. in Education in 2004 from Darton College in Albany, GA. I am a 2007 graduate of Western Governors University with a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies/Elementary Education. I have worked with the Onslow County School system since 2004.  I have had the privilege of being a teacher's assistant with Special Needs Students and with Pre-School. I have been employed with Onslow County Schools as a teacher since 2007. I have taught in the following grades, 1st, 2nd and 3rd here at Summersill Elementary.  I believe that every child can be a successful learner, to never give up and to do your best every day!
