ALL ABOUT ME

My name is Breana Frew.  I am originally from a very small town in New York. I moved down South to Jacksonville North Carolina and have been here for a little over nine years.  It is much warmer here! I have completed my studies of education at the State University of New York College at Geneseo. I currently hold my Bachelor degree in Childhood Education and Special Education, as well as my Masters’ degree in Literacy (Birth – 12th grade). It is my goal to begin working toward my National Board Certification and eventually become a principal.

I taught at Stateside Elementary School for 6 years and am now in my 4th year working for Onslow Virtual. In the past, I have taught; 3/4 combo classrooms, self contained, inclusion, as well as a departmentalized ELA and Social Studies classroom. I have also taught many Summer School/Reading Camp classes which ranged from 3rd-4th graders.  Technology is such an awesome tool! We will have such a great year! We got this!
