Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! I am so excited to be back in second grade this year. This will start my 20th year as an educator. I spent 6 years with Johnston County schools before moving here and joining Onslow County. My experience is with kindergarten, first, and second grade. I have a large family with children ranging in age from 30-12. I also have 5 grandchildren, 2 of which I am blessed to have with me here at SWE.  I love traveling , going to the beach, and just spending time with my family. 

I am originally from Raleigh, NC and I attended Meredith College in Raleigh , NC. I have a B.A in Early Childhood Education with a K-6 certification.
