Education

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a concentration in Language Arts. I am certified and licensed to teach K-6 in the state of North Carolina.

Experience

This will be my seventh year teaching. Time is passing by so quickly! I taught kindergarten for one year when this school was still Richlands Primary. When the school transitioned to Heritage Elementary School, I started teaching 1st grade. This will be my sixth year in 1st grade, and I absolutely LOVE it! It's an unexplainable feeling watching a child realize they can learn something new and do that new thing really well. I love seeing their excitement and growth! 

About Me

Hello! My name is Tiffany Fountain Peck. My husband and I live in the outskirts of Onslow County near Back Swamp and Fountaintown. I’ve lived here my whole life and would not have it any other way. Home is my absolute favorite place to be! My faith, family, and friends are very important to me. My husband is a law enforcement officer. We will celebrate our sixth wedding anniversary in October! We have a rescue cat named Ramsey. He is full of energy, very playful, and loves to cuddle! We have 11 chickens who love to get special treats. I enjoy serving in my church, reading, spending time with my family and friends, watching TV, and playing volleyball and basketball. My heart is for children, and I’m very thankful for the opportunity to be a part of the HES family!
