Mr. Jonathan Wisniewski

Bio

My name is Jonathan Wisniewski. I grew up in Lower Saucon Township in Eastern Pennsylvania. I graduated from Saucon Valley Senior High in 2005 and obtain my Associates Degree in Elementary Education in 2008. After graduating, I decided to pursue a different career. After relocating to Onslow County in 2013, I continued my education and graduated in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. During my education, I completed my internship at Richlands Primary School and accepted a 2^nd grade position directly after graduation. I moved to fifth grade when Richlands Primary School switched from Primary grades (K-2) to Heritage Elementary School (K-5) in the fall of 2018. I opted to teach at Onlsow Vital School for the 2021-2022 school year. I am excited to open the new Coastal Elementary School in the Dixon District of Onslow County and look foward to teaching Math and Science in Fourth grade. 

Education

I obtained an Associate’s Degree in Elementary Education from Northampton County Community College in May of 2008. I then obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in August of 2015. I am certified to teach K-6

Experience

August 2013-2015: One-to-one Teacher Assistant at Meadowview Elementary

Spring 2015: Student Internship at Richlands Primary School

August 2015-Present: Second Grade Teacher at Richlands Primary School.
