I have been teaching for 31 years, all in the field of special education.  I started out as an assistant and upon completion of my credentials  was hired as an instructor at the Institute of Effective Education in San Diego, CA.   I moved to North Carolina in 1999 and taught in the Special Needs Pre-School Program.  This is my 15th year at Queens Creek Elementary as a teacher of children with Autism.   I enjoy the challenges each day brings and believe that every child has the ability to learn.
