Welcome

Hi all! I am the EC instructional assistant for the 3rd-5th grade GenSep class. I began my educational career at Summersill Elementary in October 2022. During that time, I quickly discovered my passion for teaching children with exceptional needs and went back to school to earn my bachelor's in Special Education. I will complete my degree in May 2026. 

Although the south is my home now, I am originally from the Midwest, specifically Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois, and am a diehard Packers fan. I live in Jacksonville with my three beautiful children, two crazy teenage boys and a sweet daughter. In my spare time, you will find me reading a book (preferably on the beach), crocheting a gift for someone, or spending time in my garden.
