Mrs. Janine Reeves

Hello!  My name is Janine Reeves.  I am originally from Minnesota, but I have lived in Jacksonville since 2001. I served in the Marine corps for 20 years and retired in 2009, making Jacksonville my permanent home after retiring.   After the Marine Corps, I decided to finish my college degree in Elementary Education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington.  I am married and I have twin girls who are both starting college this year. I have been at Southwest Elementary for 10 years and I love it.  I look forward to meeting you and getting to know your child.  First grade will be challenging, but also a lot of fun!
