Hello Everyone,

I am a North Carolina native, Jacksonville born and raised! I do not have any children or animals, but I do have a God daughter and she is my absolute world! 

This is my second year teaching in elementary school.Throughout my career, I have been a teacher assistant for a variety of different grade levels, ranging from preschool to grade 5. Although I have worked with many different ages, the littles are my absolute favorite! When I was asked why I wanted to be a teacher, the simple answer is because "I want to be the teacher that my teachers were for me when I needed someone the most." Every child deserves an education and a school environment where they are welcomed, and loved no matter what. 

I am a strong believer that this will be an outstanding year and I am so happy that your little child gets to be part of it!
