Aloha!

I am thankful to be your child's Kindergarten teacher. This is my 18th year as an educator. I have a Master's degree in Elementary Education and an add-on in Curriculum, Supervision and Instruction. During my career, I’ve been fortunate to teach Kindergarten and 1st grade.  I spent several years outside the classroom as a school liaison officer for the Marine Corps, a behavior specialist, a special education advocate/trainer, but my heart is in Kindergarten.  My ohana and I moved from Hawai’i to NC last summer.  My husband and I have three keiki (children).  My boys will be in 4th and 2nd and my little girl will be in Kindergarten.  I started my teaching career with OCS in 2005 and taught at SWE from 2006-2010.  I am so happy to be “home!”
