Mrs. Hulst

Welcome to Kindergarten! My name is Jennifer Hulst and I am thrilled to be teaching at Coastal Elementary this year. This is my 18th year teaching. I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA and moved to North Carolina in 2015. I reside in Hampstead with my two daughters, Kaitlyn who is 21 and Kyra who is 18. We also have 3 furbabies. We have two rescue dogs named Durham and Daisy. We also have a sweet kitten named Dolly.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California University of Pennsylvania. I also have a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Carlow University. In addition to teaching, I also worked as a Behavior Specialist and a Mobile Therapist.
