Originally from Long Island, NY, I moved to Richlands at the end of 2021. My husband, Rick, was a paramedic for FDNY in New York City and now works for Onslow County. I have a daughter who is a Sophomore at Jacksonville High School, a son, Brendon, who's a first-year student at Coastal Carolina Community College, and a daughter, Hannah, who is a substitute teacher for Onslow County Schools.
I received my Bachelors of Arts degree in Social Work from UMass Amherst, and my Masters Degree in Elementary Education AND Students with Disabilities from Touro College in Bayshore, NY. I split my time as a teacher of Adaptive Education and General Education here at Trexler.
