Welcome to the Southwest Middle School Band!

Southwest Middle School has a long history of excellence in band. SWMS Band students regularly participate in All-County Band, All-District Band, MPA, and Solo & Ensemble. SWMS Band students also have the opportunity to participate in Jazz Band, High School Marching Band (8th Grade only), and Football Pep Band (7th and 8th Grade).

SWMS Band students are some of the highest achieving students in the school. Band students are regularly recognized for their academic and extra-curricular achievements.

The SWMS Band makes up the largest group on campus with over 100 members. The band regularly goes on trips, performs for the school, and plays concerts.
