Mrs. Birkett

About Me:

I grew up in New York before moving down to Wilmington to attend UNCW. I graduated UNCW in 2011, with a degree in Elementary Education, minoring in English as a Second Language and behavioral studies. My husband and I have been married for 10 years and have two daughters, who are 1 and 6. 

Experience:

For the past 8 years, I have worked in various teaching positions throughout the US. I have experience working with students in preschool, general education, exceptional children, and small group settings.

This is my fourth year working for Onslow County Schools and my third year at Dixon Elementary School.
