Welcome to Blue Creek Elementary! 

My family and I love living near the beach and spending as much time as possible on the water.  We have 2 daughters who constantly keep us on our toes.  I enjoy being active, photography, going to the beach, and paddleboarding.  I love watching sports, especially the East Carolina Pirates.  I'm slowly turning into a Florida State fan thanks to my husband.  

 I received my B.S. in Elementary Education as well as MAEd. in Reading Education from East Carolina University.  I also completed my School Administration Licensure from UNC-Wilmington.  I began my teaching career in the Rowan- Salisbury School System as a 3rd-5th Grade Title I Math teacher.  I then moved to Onslow County where I began teaching 1st grade.  As a classroom teacher I taught 1st and 2nd grades.  I am thrilled to be a support to students and staff at Blue Creek this year!
