  • Physical Activity Log

    THis is a weekly activity log.  You should be getting at least 60 minutes of exercise everyday.  This is a way to check and see how you are doing.  Everytime you do an activity, wirte it and how long you did it down.  You can email it to me when you complete the log (Tara.Edwards@onslow.k12.nc.us) or you can bring it to class when you come.

  • Nutrition Log

    There are 5 main food groups.  Vegetables, Fruits, Protein, Grains, and Dairy.  Our eating has a big impact on our body composition.  It is important that we eat foods from each group.  This log is a way to track what you eat and the water you drink.

Jump Rope Activities

Virtual PE Lessons

  • These will be PowerPoints.  You will need to download them to your computer.  Once they are downloaded go to slideshow and click start from beginning.  After the slide show has started you should see a gym with 5 different cones.  Click on #1 poster and do the activities that it shows you.  When you are done with that, click on the slide and it will take you back to the beginning slide.  Then click on the #2 poster and continue through to complete all 5 activities.  Some of the activities have more than one slide with them.  After you finish what is on that slide click to the next slide until it brings you back to the gym.
