Mrs. Beth Hart

 Welcome to Third Grade! I am very lucky to be your child's teacher!

Looking for ways to help your student:

1. Good book(s):

Whether you are reading to them or they are working to read to you, reading for 30 minutes every night will help your student to become a more-fluent reader by building confidence and good routines.

2. Attendance:

It is very important that your third-grader is at school and ready to learn on time. Breakfast is served from 8:05-8:30, and we start learning right at 8:30.

3. Check the Agenda:

Your third grader will be coming home with all sorts of paperwork/notes/projects/homework/etc. Please make sure you are checking his/her transport folder every night.  Homework will be given every day, and will be written in his/her agenda.

4. Parent/Teacher Communication:

You are your child's first teacher and biggest supporter! Please let me know of any changes at home that may affect your child at school. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at BCE: 910-347-1717, beth.hart@onslow.k12.nc.us, or Class Dojo (please e-mail me to join our Class Dojo and I will send you a parent letter).
