Mr. William Chadwick

I have an Associates of Arts from Coastal Carolina Community College here in Jacksonville, North Carolina. I also received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Art Education from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

I am a local resident of Jacksonville; having attended Blue Creek Elementary, and later, both Southwest Middle and High Schools. I look forward to advocating for the arts in our local community.

My goals include the promotion of creative problem solving and creative thinking skills while supporting self expression.
