Mr. Emmett Morton

Hello my name is Emmett Morton, I  am a native of Onslow county. I graduated at old Swansboro High school in 1979. I enlisted into the USCG. I then decided after working locally at diiferent jobs i decided to become a Electrican, my background in construction working with my dad every summer made the electrical a fit for me. I worked in the field for around 17 years and i decided to go to work at Onslow county schools in the maintenace department i was a Electrican ,Lead Man and then the Electrical Supervisor. I then applyed for a new position at OCS and that was starting up a Electrical trades . I teach Electrical trades 1,2 and core construction.I like to restore old trucks and cars and fishing when i can. My dad always told me to pass on what you know to the next generation so thats why i made the move.
