This is my fourth year at Northside High School and my sixth year teaching. I moved to North Carolina in 2020 from Virginia, where I had previously lived my whole life in a very small rural town. I graduated in 2017 from the University of Mary Washington with a Bachelors in biology and environmental sustainability. I then got my Masters degree in 2019 in secondary science education also from the University of Mary Washington, GO EAGLES! I have a passion for biology and Earth conservation and I love to do anything outdoors, especially if it involves my three horses. My teaching goals include helping every student to find a way that they can BE THE CHANGE in the world, because we all have an unending responsibility to take care of our little blue planet and each other. I cannot wait to see what fun and exciting challenges this year holds for Northside High. GO MONARCHS!
