Dr. Angela Hudson

This will be my fourth year teaching at Dixon High School and I am looking forward to teaching Health Science courses.  I am currently teaching Health Science I, Health Science II, and Pharmacy Technician classes. For students that are interested in a profession in healthcare, I also serve as an Advisor for Health Occupations Students of America (HOSA) here at DHS.  

Just a little about myself. I graduated from Southwest High School and attended UNC-Wilmington where I took Pre-Pharmacy courses.  In 1994, I graduated from Campbell University School of Pharmacy.

After obtaining my Pharm.D., I returned to Onslow County and I have practiced as a Pharmacist for over 25 years in hospital and retail settings.  It was in my experience as a Campbell University Preceptor, that I realized that I had a desire to teach the next generation in the medical field.

I have been married to my wonderful husband for 28 years and I am blessed to be the mom of a son who is a Sophomore in College.
