My name is Jason Barnes and I am from West Virginia.  I have lived and taught in Onslow County schools since 2005.  I am the AIG specialist for Queen's Creek Elementary and Swansboro Elementary.  If you ever want to make me happy I enjoy coffee from Dunkin Donuts! 

I am married to Christina Barnes, a first grade teacher at Queen's Creek Elementary.  My wife and I have two sons in elementary school.

In my free time, which is limited, I enjoy saltwater fly-fishing and cooking on my grills/smokers.  I also enjoy rooting for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, and West Virginia University Mountaineers (WVU)!
