Mrs. Kimberly Davis

Biography:

I have lived in the Richlands area for most of my life. I attended Richlands Elementary, Trexler, and Richlands High School where I graduated in 2005. My husband, son and I all enjoy spending time with our two dogs. I enjoy reading books, crafting, and spending quality time with my family. I consider myself a life-long learner and enjoy learning new things each day. It is my goal to share my passion for learning with my students.  

Education:

After graduating from Richlands High School, I obtained an associate degree in architectural technology. I then obtained an Associates in Arts from Coastal Carolina Community College. After earning this associate degree, I transferred to the University of North Carolina in Wilmington where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education K-6 with a concentration in Behavioral Science.

Experience:

This year will be my fifth year of teaching at Heritage Elementary School. I taught 3rd grade for three years. This year will be my second year teaching first grade. Before earning my degree in education, I had the joy of completing my internship in a kindergarten class at HES. Before achieving my goal of becoming an elementary school educator, I worked in childcare in the private sector.
