Hi!  My name is Jessica Natkin. I was born and raised in Stafford, VA. I graduated in 2013 from Shenandoah University with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education.  This will be my 8th year teaching!  I moved to Jacksonville, NC last summer with my family and our dog, Bubbles.  I am thrilled to begin my second year at Stateside Elementary!
