Hello!

I am the band director at New Bridge Middle School.  I teach all band students from 6th through 8th grade, helping to transform beginners into capable and passionate musicians.

I began my path in music in my 6th grade middle school band.  I started on clarinet and later switched to euphonium.  I continued all the way through high school, joining the marching band and performing in several orchestra pits for the school musicals.  In college, I learned to play all instruments found in the school band.  I also began to play the trombone in the orchestra at East Carolina University and professionally at many events and musicals.

I now hold a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from East Carolina University and hope to share my passion for music with all students and inspire a similar passion in them!
