What are the TMS student recognition incentives?
Trexler Middle School has a population of very talented students. It is our effort to recognize that talent through several key incentive programs. The following information describes our student recognition efforts on our campus.
Throughout the school year students are able to earn stamps through our PBIS (Positive Behavior Incentive System) program. These earned stamps can be used to purchase items on PBIS redemption days and for PBIS drawings. Students are also able to earn involvement in special PBIS reward days that are planned throughout the school year.
Honor Roll and Principal's List
At the end of each grading period, student averages are evaluated and the quarterly honor roll and principal’s lists are developed. Students with a “B” average or better are eligible for the honor roll. If a student has an all “A” average, he or she is recognized on the Principal’s List. These students are provided opportunities to participate in various incentives at the end of each nine weeks as a reward for their hard work in their classes.
