This year, our out-of-district process for students already registered with Onslow County Schools will be moving to an online format.  The website for submitting those applications will be made available effective Friday, April 13.  The online out-of-district application process will be managed through Scribbles Software.  Scribbles Software strictly adheres to all laws and policies regarding the protection of student records.  In accordance with federal, state, and local laws and policies, all records are confidential and secure and are not sold or provided to any third parites for any reason.  

We are excited for this opportunity to streamline and add a level of transparency to our processes.  Parents will now be able to avoid having to make special arrangements to deliver applications to the district office and will be kept informed of the status of out-of-district applications via email or text.  Please contact Student Services with any questions or concerns.
