How are schools' economically disadvantaged percentages calculated each month?
Posted by:Principals complete a Principal's Monthly Report (PMR) each month and upload it into PowerSchool. One of the columns on the spreadsheet is ADM (which stands for the average daily membership) at the time of the end date of the report. School Nutrition generates a report called Meals Plus Student Demographics that shows free, reduced and denied totals for each site based on the same end date of the PMR.
Economically Disadvantaged Percentage = Number of Economically Disadvantaged Students (Free + Reduced) divided by ADM
