I am so excited to be a part of the Stateside Family this year and to be able to support and grow with our students! My name is Frank Marzullo and I am Stateside Elementary's Professional School Counselor.
Originally, I am from Syracuse, New York. I received my Master's Degree in Counseling in 2015 from the College of William and Mary in Virginia. I moved to North Carolina in the summer of 2017 where I began my NC education career as a Teachers Assistant in Carteret County. There, I was in charge of monitoring the In-School-Suspension room and drove a school bus route for a middle school.
In my spare time, I love to be active, outside, and with my friends and family. I spend most of my free time camping and hiking around NC State Parks! I intend to use my interests to help educate students on eating healthy, staying active, and having a blanced life. For instance, I am also the Boy's STRIDE coach here at Stateside. Each year I also intend to help the students build and grow a beautiful garden here on campus.
It is my sincere hope that I can become a positive role model within the STES family and that you and your students can count on me for support and guidance. Please say Hello if you see me on campus, don't hesitate to reach out and ask me any questions or refer any of your students that may need some extra support.
