Mrs. Cindy Pajak

Hello!  My name is Cindy Pajak.  I am a preschool teacher here at Summersill Elementary.  I have worked in Onslow County Preschool for 32 years, 9 as a teacher and twenty-three as an instructional assistant.  I have been blessed to see the preschool program grow into what it is today.  My favorite thing about teaching is watching a child play in wonder and discovery.  It is so rewarding to watch their faces light up when they discover something they didn’t know they could do or finally reach a goal they have been working on.  I love being here at Summersill and working with our preschool team.  We have a wonderful, caring team that enjoys seeing our students grow.  I am excited about making this year the best yet!

A little about myself

I was born and raised here in Onslow County.  My husband, Kier and I have a little farm, which we call home.  We have six children and two grandchildren.  We enjoy spending time with each other through camping, hanging out on the farm, going to church, and celebrating family traditions.  I enjoy listening to music, crafting, playing with the dogs, sitting on my porch, feeding the chickens, and going to the beach.

Educational Background/Experience

I am a 2014 graduate of University of Mount Olive where I received a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in Early Childhood. 

I have worked 22 years in the Richlands District Preschool.

This is my 10th year here at Summersill.
