Mrs. Mary Bamber

My name is Mary Bamber, and I am a Kindergarten Teacher here at Sand Ridge.  I am original from Swansboro, NC and have loved raising my children here to experience this beautiful place as well.  I graduated from UNCW with a Bachelor's in Recreational Therapy and Studio Art.  With these degrees, I worked in the mental health field for 15 years with children and adolescents. I decided to make a career change and worked as an EC-TA at Hunters Creek Elementary while going back to college at ECU for Elementary Education.  I started working at Sand Ridge Elementary in January 2018 and hope to continue working here for years to come.
