Experience
I have had the pleasure of teaching in Onslow County, since 2004. Prior to my teaching career I was a Marine. I spent time in Japan, Hawaii, California and Missouri.
Bio
I began my journey as an educator in Onslow County in 2004. Prior to moving to North Carolina I had the opportunity to teach adult literacy and ESOL. During my tenure in the Marine Corps, I had many opportunities to present training to the troops. Teaching is something that I have always loved.
Outside of the classroom my fur babies keep my husband and I company. Our son, a recent graduate from North Carolina State University works locally for a civil engineering firm based out of Eastern North Carolina. During my down time I enjoy taking in the outdoors, curling up with a good book and whipping up dishes in the kitchen.
