Mrs. Elaine Selgren

I have been at Sand Ridge Elementary since the beginning of my teaching career in 2006.  I have taught Kindergarten, Third and now First.  I am excited because this is my 11th year in First Grade.  Before becoming a teacher I was a stay at home mom for my two sons.  Prior to that I proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. I have lived in Iowa, California, Japan and North Carolina.  Having been stationed here twice during my military service, my husband and I decided to stay because we like the area.  I am originally a country girl from Iowa.
