I am originally from Southwest Georgia but the United States Marine Corp has brought us to Jacksonville, NC.  My family and I have been in Jacksonville for over 29 years.  My husband and I have been married for 29 years and our children have attended Onslow County Schools.  I value the education process and the benefits our children reap when all parties are involved. I believe in teaching from the heart.

I graduated from UNCW with my Bachelor in Elementary Education. I have been teaching for over 10 years in Onslow County.
