Ms. Tara Hammond

I am originally from Jacksonville, North Carolina and graduated from White Oak High School. I moved frequently as a military child and joined the Navy 2 years after graduation. After 20 years in the Navy, I retired and moved my family from Tennessee back to Jacksonville. My twin children attended Northside High School and graduated in 2021. I have an Associates Degree from Coastal Carolina Community College and I received my Bachelor of Science in Social Science/History from Campbell University. I look forward to working with all my students and hope to have a great year! GO MONARCHS!!
