Mrs. Sharon Hale

Advancing a child's deep learning is my passion and I am grateful to have this opportunity to work with your student at Coastal Elementary School this school year.  

I have been an elementary teacher for 23 years and look forward to continuing this journey for many years to come.  

During my teaching tenure, I have been the lead teacher in every grade level, including Academically Intellectually Gifted Students in General and blended Education classrooms.  

My Professional Educator's Licenses include K-12 English as a Second Language (ESL), Academically/Intellectually Gifted (AIG) from Duke University, Elementary Education (Grades K-6) and a few years ago, I earned certification for K-6 Exceptional Children while teaching 4th and 5th Exceptional Children at this wonderful school.  

I have a new grandchild!  His name is Benjamin and we are so very happy. Mr. Hale and I enjoy spending lots of time on the beach. When time permits, you can find me in our garden or reading historical fiction books in my free time. When traveling, I will search for the nearest museum to include my love of history.
