Mrs. Christy Cox

I am an Onslow County native. I graduated from Southwest High School (Go Stallions), completed my Bachelor's Degree at UNC-Wilmington (Go Seahawks!), and my Master's Degree at the University of St. Francis (Go Saints!). After spending 15 years working in the Healthcare Industry and Higher Education, my passion for knowledge led me into teaching. I am in my third-year here at Jacksonville Commons Middle School. I will be teaching Business Education Courses that incorporate various STEM components for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead and look forward to a wonderful year! Skies are the limit here at JCMS. Go Knights!
